I have been a regular customer at Oishii since it opened and have been more than satisfied in most cases so far. When the shop is full, it can happen that one or the other food ordered on the tablet does not arrive, then just ask the service, it will be handed in later :) It is worth making a reservation. Otherwise the price-performance ratio can't be beat in Reutlingen. Sushi and the rest of the food are of very good quality and the price for the all-you-can-eat is more than just reasonable. Even now, during the Corona period, the pick-up service has good offers. SMALL WISH / IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTION: Please bring back the old Spicy Tuna Gunkan with the real tuna instead of the cooked one. Otherwise great and I'm already looking forward to the fact that restaurants can open again and that I can come again as a guest.
The food ordered to be picked up was ready on time. The portions were huge and delicious. Everything perfect!
Even in times of COVID19, everyone is concerned about hygiene. The takeaway is delicious, I highly recommend it.
The food was ok ... nothing special ... The staff was unfortunately very, very rude on my day .. I had to ask 4 waitresses for a missing plate until someone understood me. After half an hour I was able to start eating. Likewise, it is not for a cozy meal ... the food is carelessly placed on the table and it is a huge hustle and bustle

Awesome buffet
Overall, pretty decent sushi for a buffet location. Really cool idea with the tablets for the point system. Lots of food, yet the drinks were quite expensive. The setting was cool, but we had a rotating round table which was great. If the price was slightly lower, maybe I would come back.

Japanese food at this low price and in the large selection is not so easy to find, so it is certainly an asset to Reutlingen. In terms of quality, everything was okay, because you couldn't expect more from the pricing. One star deduction only because the staff seems very stressed. If the service staff were not saved, it would certainly benefit everyone.
Was there last time. The first lap came after 1.5 hours, still in parts. Many things only came after ages. Waiter totally overwhelmed. Totally overcrowded. Wasn't fun.
We have been in a queue for 30 minutes despite a reservation and at least 15 people are still standing in front of us. In addition, the restaurant is fully packed, it doesn't seem that any Corona rules are being taken into account here. The all you can eat buffet is delicious and everyone is guaranteed to be full! For € 12.90, the quality of the buffet is really cheap. However, it's more expensive in the evening, so come at noon. The staff is friendly :)
Best all you can eat sushi and grill i ever had. Good quality for fair prices. Ordering via iPads is very convenient.
In short, the price-performance ratio is okay. Waiters are mostly nice. Food is usually good. A few dishes, however, do not. So if you know what you shouldn't order anymore, then that fits. Otherwise, the orders for all-you-can-eat always get mixed up. Things never come, sometimes too late, sometimes things that you haven't ordered, etc.
The rating is difficult because we liked the food and the selection was sufficient. But we were unhappy about one of the waiters, he hadn't pulled the mask over his nose, didn't speak a word to us and "smashed" the food on the table. Two times food landed on the floor, which remained there until a colleague picked it up ... In addition, the toilets should be better maintained and the tablet covers should be replaced. Therefore, it tends to leave you feeling uneasy.
The food there was delicious. However, it was only awarded two stars for hygiene and staff. In times of a pandemic, one should expect staff to wear the masks. None of the sushi chefs or the lady at the bar had one on. Distance cannot be guaranteed there either. Our table neighbors were not a meter away from us. The toilets were dirty and calcified. We briefly considered whether we should even go to the toilet there. We had two waiters today. The lady was super friendly, but the young man was an absolute disaster. At first he had barely pulled the mask over his mouth. He didn't speak a single word to us and "threw" our food on the table. In fact, it was so coarse that our meat partly flew on the table and on the floor. At our table neighbors he also dropped a lot. It's a shame for the quality of the food, but I wouldn't go there for the time being. Due to the lack of distance and hygiene measures, at some point I no longer felt comfortable and just wanted to leave.
The overall food is nice with good service, for the lunch buffet, too bad the choice are not much and there is not atsuyaki tamago (tamago yaki / Japanese eggroll), lunch buffet is now 10,90 euro. There is no Japanese sweet sauce (amai sauce). Recommend the food here. Too bad there is no free flow of tea here.
too less staff for all customer. For buffet you can order 5 dishes for each round and wait 10 minutes for the next round. It take 15-30 minutes to get each dish. way too long. the quality of food is ok but not spectacular. not recommend eating buffet if you are in hurry. It will take you all night to finish all orders.

We were there on 08/30/20 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (that's how long it takes) to eat. First we were given the menu and a tablet. It is so that you have to order by tablet. Each guest at the table can choose and order up to 5 items. Then you have to wait 10 minutes and can, now round 2, select and order up to 5 points again. You can do that in round 3, 4 etc. Drinks can also be ordered. If you e.g. If you order mussels, you get ONE mussel! That means you have to order a lot of rounds. The dishes on the menu have numbers. The numbers are useless, however, as you cannot enter them on the tablet! For us it was sometimes the case that we received food from round 3, but something was still missing from round 1. A clear overview is completely lost. Not only from the guest, but also from the staff and the kitchen! When we complained that something was still missing, we asked in the kitchen and told us that the order was sold out !! Another time the missing order was brought to our table immediately, and less than 3 minutes later again. On the tablet there is no indication of what is still to be brought or what has already been received. It wasn't just us, however. The same thing happened to a young couple at the next table. They had more to complain about. They then paid and left. After that the food was brought! Another couple went to smoke. In the meantime the table has been cleared. The couple hadn't even paid, but nobody noticed either. The system with the tablet may be "modern". However, at least in this restaurant, it doesn't work at all. The food was OK. Nevertheless we will not go to the restaurant again. For a price of 22.50 € / person plus drinks, we expect an organized service.
My family and I actually enjoyed going there quite often, but yesterday it was the first time in the evening. We had reserved for 8 p.m. when we arrived 10 minutes before the reservation, the place was already completely overcrowded, the queue was already going down the stairs. Talking to others, it turned out that almost all of them had reserved, i.e. H. the restaurant simply accepted every reservation although the capacity was already more than exhausted. We were then allowed to wait half an hour - because we were not as brazen as a man who simply walked past everyone - and then finally got a large table on the left at the entrance, another large table with the brazen gentleman was at an angle from us as already mentioned before. Already with the first order it turned out relatively quickly that we did not even begin to get all of what we had ordered. Why? Because the waitresses brought almost all of the food to the wrong table next to us, who of course did not notice that they had not ordered it and simply ate it with relish. Brazen just keeps going. But why are there the table numbers on the sides and on the little slips of paper with every order, if no waiter takes the trouble to check for a moment where the food has to go? When we asked the waiter about it after the second round - my little brother hadn't received anything we had ordered for him for 1 1/2 hours - they didn't really react and also brought the food from the third round to the wrong table. We then got excited, the next table got wind of it and made fun of the fact that, for example, you are already "full after half the rounds, since you ate for two tables." We didn't let that sit on us and accordingly it got a bit louder until we called the waitress to pay. The invoice amount should then have been EUR 174. We then pointed out to you again that we did not even get a FRACTION of what you ordered and that you can think about something (if necessary, the table next to you can pay for what it simply accepted). It was exciting that you then yelled at the waiter who wanted to bring food while we were describing the problem with the table numbers and pointed to the tables during this. So it doesn't seem like the first time something like this has happened. In the end we only had to pay for our drinks and left, but the shop saw us.
The food is really delicious. However, in times of the pandemic, in my opinion, far too many guests during our visit - distances and adequate ventilation could not be guaranteed. You have to think twice.

Good place, but the staff finds it hard to understand what constitutes a vegetarian meal. Just be careful while ordering.

Very good all you can eat, they have a very big selection of food you can order with the all you can eat menu. The Duck and Lamb sadly isn't the best ( the lamb tastes like it was frozen to long) but the sushi is very delicious and the staff is nice.

The food is good, but not spectacular. The service equally so. But for the price you pay, it's worth it.
We had dinner, and it was only possible as "all you can it" meal. Service was very good, nice people, and bring the food very fast. The only downside is the quality of the food - it is ok, but not more. The price though is very good, and you get good value for your money. Not very wheelchair friendly - I think it would be too crowded for a wheelchair.

Great place. Champions of this area in value for money. Ordering is very convenient and the food comes to the table tremendesly fast.
The ordering via iPad is phenomenal. When they say all-you-can-eat, they really mean it. You can order ten rounds, five items per person per round and we managed to get through eight before giving up. No way you can make it through all ten.
